Founder and CEO
Brandon Bartron founded America’s Security on three basic principals; Honesty, Loyalty and Passion. From his first ten years as an award winning sales rep in the field to managing offices across the country and running an industry leading alarm company. Brandon is dedicated to his company, his employees and most certainly his customers. Brandon resides in Mesa, Arizona with his wife a two daughters. He enjoys traveling and water sports.
My name is Jerry Kobeszko national installation manager for America’s Security. I have over 20 years of technical experience in the low voltage industry. I pride my self on keeping ahead of the newest technology.
Payroll - Inventory - HR
Sandra Perez is a person who can wear multiple hats within a company. She is currently responsible for Payroll, Inventory and human resources. Sandra has held many important positions through her professional working career. She oversaw the accounting and cash office department for multiple Walmarts. She held a position as a property manager for a national property management company responsible for hiring, training, payroll, collections, customer service, and monthly ROI reports. She is an asset and dedicated member of the team. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Rich Lucky is a National Recruiter at America’s Security, where he leads the recruiting efforts for sales professionals across the country. Rich Lucky is a graduate of University of Redlands, where he received a BA in Business and Management. Since graduation, he has worked with reputable companies, including Enterprise, ForRent Media Solutions, and ADT in a sales and management role. His last position was with a Top 10 ADT Authorized Dealer where he was VP of sales. In his spare time, Rich enjoys being with his family and friends, traveling, and coaching sports.
Vice President of Sales
Combining his experience in customer service, sales, and business operations, Ryker will be responsible for developing strategic programs aligned with company goals that promote sales and earnings growth, customer satisfaction, and cash flow.
Prior to joining America’s Security, Ryker spent 6 years in the real estate industry where he served in a number of executive roles that improved operating income, grew revenues, improved service levels, and reduced costs through productivity.
